Our Team

Minh Hang is a Junior Administrative Specialist/ Finance for CASE and TEV Projects under GIZ ESP. She joined the Programme as a Junior Administrative Officer/Logistic Event Management in June 2021 and was promoted to Finance Specialist after one year.

Before joining GIZ ESP, she worked in a service quality assurance team in an international private sector in Viet Nam for three years and as an event specialist in the UK for one year. She holds a Bachelor’s in international business from Viet Nam National University and a Master’s in Event Management from Bournemouth University, United Kingdom.

Nguyen Phuong Ly has been serving as an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement at GIZ ESP since 2022. Before joining GIZ ESP, she accumulated four years of experience in sourcing goods and services with international corporations.

With her strong educational background and professional experience, Nguyen Phuong Ly aims to enhance the contract and procurement processes at ESP specifically and within GIZ more broadly.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Foreign Trade University in Vietnam and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom.

Diu has joined the Energy Support Programme as an Administrative Officer – Contract & Procurement since February 2022. Before joining GIZ, she worked for the trading companies specialized in purchasing and had almost 8 years of experience working on development projects of JICA specializing in financial and administrative management.

She has extensive experience in working with a wide range of partners, enterprises and closely supports government agencies under the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development and Ministry of Education and Training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from National Economics University, Vietnam.

Nguyen Quoc Hoan is an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement at GIZ ESP. He brings extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, tendering, and contracting from various roles.

Before joining GIZ ESP, Nguyen Quoc Hoan held various positions at the Institute of Strategy Research, Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Department of Industrial Security, Ministry of Public Security.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from National Economics University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

To Anh is an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement for the PDPH2, PDPP5, PDP HEAT Projects, GIZ ESP.

Before joining GIZ ESP, To Anh worked as a Contract Specialist for a state-owned enterprise. She has experience working with international corporations and state representatives at the Department of Planning and Investment, under the Ministry of Defense.

To Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University, Viet Nam and a Master’s in Marketing, Franchising, Retail, & Service, France.

Luong Anh Hoan is an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement for GIZ ESP. He has more than five years of experience in contract and procurement.

Holding a Master’s degree in Development Studies and working expertise from EVN, he ensures the projects’ activities related to contract and procurement are cost-effective and comply with GIZ’s rules.

Phuong Nga started the Energy Support Program in January 2022 as Administrative Officer/Logistics.

She had extensive experience in supporting the development projects/programs for both governmental offices and non-governmental organizations. She also has experience working in administrative and finance support.

She graduated from Hanoi National University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Than Thi Lan Phuong is an Administrative Specialist of the GIZ Energy Support Programme (GIZ ESP) in Ho Chi Minh City office.

Before joining GIZ ESP, Than Thi Lan Phuong was a Senior Project Assistant at PATH and the International Labor Organization (ILO). She brings 08 years of experience in Administration and Finance, having worked with international NGOs and foreign corporations.

She graduated from HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities with a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics.

Tuyet Nga is a Junior Administrative Specialist/Logistics for BMWK and PDP Projects, GIZ ESP. With prior experience in Administration and Procurement/Logistics for an ODA project, Tuyet Nga brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is passionate about utilising her skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of GIZ ESP and support sustainable energy initiatives.

Tuyet Nga had 02 years of experience working as an Assistant to the CEO of a Technology Company that specialised in designing IoT solutions, where she gained valuable experience in managing various administrative tasks and supporting senior leadership. She graduated from Keuka College with a Bachelor’s degree in management with a concentration in entrepreneurship.

Ha My is a Junior Administrative Specialist, primarily focusing on event management and logistics for the TEV Project under GIZ ESP. Her journey with GIZ ESP began as an intern, immediately after graduating from university. Since then, she has grown both personally and professionally during her time at GIZ ESP.

Ha My is motivated by a solid commitment to enhancing project operations, and she believes that administrative activities are not merely support tasks but are core factors in ensuring the projects are implemented effectively, consistently, and sustainably.

Ha My holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the British University of Viet Nam and is currently furthering her academic knowledge by pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing Studies and Actions at the Viet Nam National University.
