Introduction
The BSS4VN Project is a public-private partnership project, implemented in HCMC among GIZ, Phuc Khang Corporation and other technology partners from Germany and Viet Nam. It aims to pilot balcony solar systems, develop policy recommendations, and introduce viable business models for Viet Nam.
The event will include:
- Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement
- Demonstration of a balcony solar kit
- A symbolic act of officially kicking start the BSS4VN Project
